Missing income opportunities is one of the main problems of Roma community, which also leads to extreme poverty. In the existing economic depression, access to the labor market for the Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities, including the trained ones, is difficult. 

The project focuses on creating of job opportunities via vocational education, advocacy and networking with companies and state institutions, and supporting self-employment through technical assistance, by improving access to microfinance institutions and to a limited extend through start-up grants.
