Swedish Embassy Responds to Our Call

Evaluating the current situation of pandemic with Covid-19, it has caused that many students to be "inactive" in education processes, including students from Rome, Ashkali and Egypt communities.

Therefore, NGO "Voice of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptians" have made a public call to support the cause for the donation of technological equipment in all municipalities of Kosovo, institutions and people of good will.

Today, May 6, the Swedish Embassy in Kosovo responded to the call of our organization to provide electronic support to children in of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities with the aim to facilitate the online learning process during the pandemic period.

The Swedish Embassy, ​​in addition have distributed the call for donation of electronic devices to their social media page, also symbolically donated two laptops and two monitors, which will be donated to two families from community to facilitate the process of online learning for their children.

A good practice like this should be an example for other institutions to join our cause, and no child shall be left uneducated.
